Terms & Conditions
- Ticket redemption for online purchase must be made at the Singapore Cable Car Ticketing Counters.
- Meeting Point: Mount Faber Ticketing Counter.
- Duration: 2 hours. Tour schedules and itinerary subject to changes without prior notice.
- Tour capacity is available on first come first served basis.
- Child is defined as 4 to 12 years old. Free admission for children below 4 years old, unless otherwise stated.
- Blackout dates may apply for certain products, promotions or discounts.
- Tickets only allows for a one (1) - time use only. Should there be multiple copies/ repeated usages of the ticket unauthorized by the management of MFLG, tickets will be voided and ticket holder will be denied entry.
- All completed and confirmed transactions CANNOT BE CANCELLED, REFUNDED OR AMENDED under any circumstances, including wet weather conditions.
- MFLG reserves the right to cancel or amend the product offerings at its discretion, without any refunds or compensation and prior notice.
- In the event of unfavourable weather conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances where tour is to be cancelled, the management shall endeavour to rearrange ticket holders of 10AM to a later slot at 2PM subject to availablity at the discretion of the MFLG management.
