For an optimum viewing experience and to facilitate safe distancing, you are required to make a reservation prior to your visit.

Sessions for 20 August opens on 15 August, 0000h.
Sessions are available for booking 5 days in advance, at 0000h of each day (ie. bookings for 15 January, opens on 10 January, 0000hr). On the day of your visit, head down to Siloso Beach (entrance at Emerald Pavilion) and show your email confirmation to be allowed entry.
Bookings should not be sold, transferred, offered for sale or traded for any purpose.
Sensors gather data such as wind speed and people's movement which will then be processed to produce interactive art in real-time.

Sentosa Development Corporation (“SDC”) makes available access to the Sentosa Magical Shores site on Sentosa island (the “Venue”) for booking by members of the public. These terms and conditions of use, as may be amended from time to time, constitutes an agreement (“Agreement”) between SDC and you in relation to your booking and access to the Venue. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”).
1.1. Prior booking is required on all days including public holidays.
1.2. Bookings may not be sold, transferred, offered for sale or traded for any purpose.
1.3. SDC reserves the right to approve or refuse any booking by any person, or cancel any booking which SDC reasonably believes is in breach of these T&Cs.
1.4. If you are below 18 years of age, you are required to seek your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission and confirm that your parent or legal guardian has consented to the terms of this Agreement on your behalf.
1.5. All guests are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.1. All timeslots indicated are accurate at the time of booking.
2.2. There are 2 timeslots available for booking:
i. First Session: 7.30 pm to 8.45 pm;
ii. Second Session: 9.00 pm to 10.15 pm
2.3. Guests are required to vacate the Venue before the end of their booking timeslot.
2.4. All bookings shall be made through www.sentosa.com.sg/en/things-to-do/attractions/magical-shores. No other forms of booking and/or communication will be entertained.
2.5. Successful bookings shall be notified via an email confirmation to the email address provided by you at the point of booking. A booking shall only be deemed to have been confirmed when an email confirmation is sent to you confirming the booking.
2.6. The Venue shall be open for booking 5 days prior to the relevant time slots, or such number of days prior as SDC may determine at its sole discretion.
2.7. You may change or cancel your booking up to the day of your confirmed booking.
2.8. The use of multiple identities to circumvent these T&Cs or any applicable laws and regulations is strictly prohibited. If you or any member of your party are found to be in breach of these T&Cs and/or found to have circumvented, abused and/or willfully disregarded these T&Cs, you may be prohibited from making any future booking of the Venue.
3. Entry to Venue
3.1. Prior to entering the Venue, guests are required to present a valid confirmation of the booking and their identification information at the admission point. Guests shall cooperate with all requests for verification.
3.2. All guests in the same group must be present at the admission point for entry to the Venue, and no partial admittance of some members of a group will be allowed.
4. Collection and Use of Personal Data
4.1. For the purposes of this section, “personal data” refers to data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data and other information to which SDC and/or its related corporations has or is likely to have access.
4.2. This section is supplemented by the Data Protection Policy at https://www.sentosa.com.sg/en/data-protection-policy. Please review and ensure that you fully understand and agree to the terms set out in this section and in the Data Protection Policy.
4.3. Personal details such as your name, email address and personal mobile phone number will be collected, used, disclosed and processed for the following purposes:
i. to process, administer, manage and validate your booking made under the Chope Platform, which may involve communicating with you via various modes of communications such as e-mail, phone call and text messages about your booking;
ii. dealing with or facilitating customer service, carrying out your instructions, or dealing with or responding to any enquiries given by you or on your behalf;
iii. preventing or investigating any fraud, abuse of the service, unlawful activity or omission or misconduct, whether or not there is any suspicion of the aforementioned;
iv. complying with or as required by any applicable law, governmental or regulatory requirements of any relevant jurisdiction;
v. to conduct trending, research, analysis and development activities (including but not limited to data analytics, surveys, product and service development and/or profiling) to improve our services and/or to enhance guest experience;
vi. producing statistics and research for internal and statutory reporting and/or record-keeping requirements.
4.4. By providing your personal data in connection with your booking, you hereby agree and consent to the collection, use, disclosure and/or processing of your personal data by the SDC and its related corporations and their third party service providers, agents and/or affiliates (including The Chope Group Pte. Ltd. and its related corporations), which may be sited within or outside of Singapore, for the purposes listed herein and in the Data Protection Policy.
4.5. Where you have provided personal data of individuals other than yourself, you warrant and represent that the personal data of these individuals are legitimate and accurate, that you are validly acting on behalf of and have the authority from each of these individuals, and that you have obtained each of these individuals’ consent, to disclose their personal data to SDC and its related corporations and for SDC and its related corporations to collect, use, disclose and process their personal data for the Purposes and in accordance to the terms herein.
5. Non-Liability and Indemnity
5.1Those visiting the Venue do so entirely at their own risk, and shall ensure that they are physically and medically able to participate in such activities at the Venue.
5.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, none of SDC, its related corporations and associated companies and the employees, officers, third party service providers, contractors and agents shall be responsible or held liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense (including any loss of profit or any special, indirect or consequential loss) however suffered or incurred by or caused to you arising out of or in connection with your access or use of the booking platform and/or the Venue, whether in an action based on contract, tort or otherwise.
5.3. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SDC, its related corporations and associated companies and the employees, officers, third party service providers, contractor and agents (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against all actions, proceedings, claims, liabilities (whether criminal or civil), cost, expenses, fees and damages suffered and legal fees and costs incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties arising out of or in connection with your breach of this Agreement and/or your access or use of the booking platform and/or the Venue.
6.1. Guests shall be responsible for their personal belongings, and for the decisions that they make at the Venue.
6.2. Guests are required to take care of the installations, observe all signs and notices put up by SDC and not cause any damage to the premises and/or Venue.
6.3. Guests shall leave the Venue in a tidy and clean condition.
6.4. No smoking is allowed at the Venue or anywhere along the beaches.
6.5. Guests shall be mindful of other guests and members of the public in the vicinity of the Venue and shall cooperate with SDC staff to ensure a safe environment for all members of the public. Guests shall adhere to all reasonable requests made by SDC staff.
6.6. SDC reserves the right to remove from guests who are uncooperative, or whose actions and conduct are deemed to be unreasonable and/or detrimental to the enjoyment, well-being and safety of other guests and members of the public.
6.7. Guests shall enter the Venue in accordance with their booking details and timing, and shall vacate the Venue at the expiration of the booking timing or at such time which SDC may notify them of at the point of booking or entry to the Venue.
6.9. SDC reserves the right to close the Venue or any part thereof, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, circumstances beyond SDC's control or in the interest of public safety or if closure is directed by the authorities, with or without prior notice. SDC bears no liability whatsoever in respect of such closures. SDC’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
7.1. Guests shall comply with the Sentosa Development Corporation Act and its regulations, and all rules, orders, directives or codes issued by SDC from time to time.
7.2. SDC may, in our sole discretion, update and amend this Agreement at any time and without liability or prior notice to you. By proceeding with your booking and your use of the Venue following such update shall constitute your agreement to be bound by the updated terms of this Agreement.
7.3. You may not assign or transfer any or part of your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any party.
7.4. No failure by SDC to enforce any provision in this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of the right to subsequently enforce that provision or any other provision of this Agreement. Such failure shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach and shall not constitute a continuing waiver.
7.5. The Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) shall not under any circumstances apply to this Agreement and any person who is not a party to this Agreement shall have no right whatsoever to enforce this Agreement or any of its terms.
7.6. If any applicable law or a court of competent jurisdiction holds or declares any provision of this Agreement to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable (whether in whole or in part), such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent, but only to the extent, of such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected.
7.7. This Agreement (including all subsequent additions or amendments) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
