HOW TO PARTICIPATE
MONTHLY & GRAND DRAW
Step 1: Sign up for an account at passport.sentosa.com.sg
Step 2: Spend a minimum of $20 at Sentosa
Step 3: Upload receipts to your Sentosa Passport
Step 4: Redeem a sure-win gift at Sentosa Ticketing Counters for every 10th or 20th Sentosa Passport stamp collected*
Step 5: Check back every end of the month for the Monthly Draw or at end of September for the Golden Jubilee Grand Draw winner announcement.
*Islander Exclusive: Islander members will be able to redeem a gift with 10th & 18th Sentosa Passport stamp collected.
1.1. What is the Sentosa Passport & Golden Jubilee Grand Draw?
From 11 March 2022 until 31 August 2022, guests will enjoy the chance to participate in the Golden Jubilee Lucky Draw with every minimum spend of SGD20 in a single receipt, which entitles them to collect digital stamps. Mastercard cardholders may also qualify for the Mastercard Lucky Draw.
Participants who have collected 10 stamps and 20 stamps with their digital passport will be eligible for 2 completion gifts. Each stamp requires a spend of SGD20 and each passport can contain up to 20 stamps. Islander members may collect the 2nd passport completion gift on the 18th stamp.
1.2. How do I participate in the Sentosa Passport & Golden Jubilee Grand Draw?
To participate, you will need to register for an account at passport.sentosa.com.sg, spend a minimum of SGD20 in a single receipt at any merchant located in Sentosa Island, and upload your receipt. The corresponding digital stamps and lucky draw chances will be credited into your account within 48 hours upon verification.
Every SGD20 spent in a single receipt entitles you to 1 digital stamp and 1 Golden Jubilee Grand Draw chance. Mastercard cardholders will also be eligible to enter the Mastercard Monthly & Grand Draw if the transaction was paid using a Mastercard credit or debit card.
2.1. Who can participate in the Sentosa Passport & Golden Jubilee Grand Draw?
The Promotion is open to all nationalities residing within and outside Singapore, aged 18 years and above.
A valid email address is required to register for this promotion.
2.2. I do not meet the minimum age. Can I still participate in the Sentosa Passport & Golden Jubilee Grand Draw?
Participants below 18 years of age will be required to seek parental/legal guardian consent. If required, participants shall submit proof of parental/legal guardian consent for their participation in the contest.
Without parental/legal guardian consent, participants below the minimum age requirement may still collect the stamps and redeem the completion gifts.
3. Registration of passport account
3.1. What is required to register for an account?
You will need a unique email address and mobile number to register your account at passport.sentosa.com.sg. Do note that your full name as per NRIC, date of birth, and gender are required during the registration. Parental consent is required if you are below 18 years of age.
Please indicate on the registration page that you are a Sentosa Islander member (if applicable) and key in your 9-digit membership number. This step is required for Sentosa Islander members to receive the Islander Digital Passport.
3.2. Where do I get the parental consent form to participate in the Sentosa Passport & Golden Jubilee Grand Draw?
You may proceed to download the parental/legal guardian consent form. All duly completed forms are to be submitted to email@example.com within 48 hours of registration.
In the subject field of your submission, please state “Sentosa Passport & Golden Jubilee Draw parental consent submission - <Full name used for registered account>_<Registered email>”.
3.3. Can I change my passport to an Islander Passport if I forgot to indicate during registration or sign up after I had registered?
Please proceed to any of the following Sentosa Ticketing Counters:- Resorts World Sentosa Ticketing Counter; Beach Station Ticketing Counter; Imbiah Lookout Ticketing Counter, or VivoCity Ticketing Counter within the promotion period of 11 March 2022 until 31 August 2022, and provide us with your registered account and Islander Membership card for assistance.

Alternatively, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the email address used for the Sentosa Passport registration, your 9-digit Islander Membership card number, and date of birth for verification. Please allow us up to 48 hours to get back to you.
3.4. Where can I view my Islander Membership number?
Please visit www.sentosa.com.sg, log in to your Islander Membership, then click on your profile to view the e-card. All Islander Membership numbers have the prefix AA.
3.5. Can the same Islander Membership be used to register for multiple passport accounts?
Each Sentosa Islander membership allows only 1 registration of 1 Sentosa Digital Passport account.
3.6. I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?
Please proceed to passport.sentosa.com.sg to reset your password at the login page. If you are still unable to reset your password, please email email@example.com with your registered email address, full name as per NRIC, and date of birth for verification. Please allow us up to 48 hours for us to get back to you.
3.7. I am not able to register my account, please assist?
An authentication link will be sent to the email address provided during sign-up to complete the registration. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly and check your spam/junk folder.
If you have not received the authentication link via email, you may wish to try registering again at passport.sentosa.com.sg after 30 minutes.
4. Uploading of receipts
4.1. What information is needed on the receipt to qualify?
The following is required for each receipt to qualify:
• The receipt should be uploaded within 7 days from the date of purchase (inclusive of the purchase day);
• The receipt should clearly state in English, the “Merchant Name”, “Address”, “Date of Purchase”, “Total Amount in Singapore Dollars” and “Total Amount Paid in Singapore Dollars”;
• Receipts should be electronic receipts;
• Receipts should not be defaced or tampered with; and
• For purchases made with a Mastercard credit or debit card, the participant is required to retain the Mastercard Charge Slip, credit card transaction history, or any other proof of purchase.
4.2. How will I know if my receipt has been verified and accepted?
You may sign in to your account at passport.sentosa.com.sg with your registered email address to view all your successfully uploaded receipts, credited stamps, and lucky draw chances.
4.3. I have forgotten to upload my receipt on the day of my purchase. Can I still upload it to participate?
Receipts should be uploaded within 7 days from the date of purchase (inclusive of the purchase day) to qualify. We regret that receipts that are not uploaded within the 7-day period will be disqualified.
4.4. Is there a limit to how many digital stamps or lucky draw chances I can accumulate in a single day?
Each participant may upload spending of up to SGD200 in a single receipt, or a combination of receipts with minimum spend of SGD20 each, to accumulate up to a maximum of 10 stamps and 10 lucky draw chances per calendar day.
4.5. Should I upload multiple receipts together in a single transaction?
Please upload each receipt individually for verification. Each receipt should reflect a minimum spend of SGD20 to qualify. Do note that each account is only entitled to a maximum of 10 stamps and 10 lucky draw chances per day.
4.6. Are receipts from online purchases eligible to participate in the Sentosa Passport & Jubilee Grand Draw?
Only online purchases made from the Sentosa E-Store (www.sentosa.com.sg), official websites of all merchants in Sentosa listed in the Terms and Conditions, from active Singapore Tourism Board-licensed Travel Agents (TA) and Online Travel Agents (OTA), or overseas OTA that meets eligibility requirements will be accepted.

Do note that bundles sold by any of the TA and OTA that include offerings not available in Sentosa are not eligible for participation.
4.7. I am having difficulties uploading my receipt to my account. Can you assist?
We regret that receipts need to be self-uploaded in the registered account. Please refer to the instructions from the receipt upload page for assistance.
4.8. My receipt is valid but was rejected. Can I upload again?
Please proceed to upload the receipt for verification again by clicking on “Rejected Receipt” on the receipt history page.
4.9. Is there a deadline for uploading of rejected receipts for verification?
You may proceed to upload the rejected receipt for our review within the promotion period of 11 March 2022 until 31 August 2022. Do note that only the same copy (or copies) of the receipt used in the initial upload will be reviewed. Different receipts will be automatically disqualified and receipts that are resubmitted after the qualifying period will not be eligible for the respective draws. Please allow up to 48 hours for the review.
5. Digital Passport & Completion Gifts
5.1. Can I have multiple digital passports under my name?
You will automatically be started on a new digital passport upon the completion of your current digital passport. Do note that stamps may not be combined or transferred between passports for the completion prizes.
5.2. Why is my digital passport only showing 18 stamps?
Sentosa Islander members are only required to collect 18 stamps to be eligible for the completion gift. If you have indicated that you are a Sentosa Islander member during registration, your digital passport will be treated as a completed passport upon attaining 18 stamps.
5.3. What prize am I eligible for after completing 10 stamps?
You will be eligible for a chance to win any of the gifts listed below. The gift voucher will be credited to your rewards wallet after you spin the in-game lucky wheel, and will be valid for redemption until 30 September 2022, subjected to availability.

5.4. What gift am I eligible to collect after completing 20 stamps or 18 stamps as an Islander member?
You will be entitled to an exclusive Sentosa goodie bag featuring the following items: 1 Sentosa Tote Bag, 1 Microwavable Lunch Box, 1 Essential Oil Roller, and 1 Sentosa Fun Pass (20 Tokens). The gift voucher will automatically be credited to your rewards wallet and will be valid for redemption until 30 September 2022, subjected to availability.
5.5. How do I claim my gift after collecting 10 or 18/20 stamps?
Simply proceed to any of the following Sentosa Ticketing Counters:- Resorts World Sentosa Ticketing Counter; Beach Station Ticketing Counter; Imbiah Lookout Ticketing Counter, or VivoCity Ticketing Counter. You are required to present your digital passport, photo identification, and membership card for Sentosa Islander members to redeem your passport completion gift.

5.6. Do I need to redeem my digital passport gift(s) immediately upon collection of the 10 or 18/20 stamp?
You are advised to redeem your passport completion gift(s) early to avoid disappointment. Do note that the last date for redemption is 30 September 2022, which is subject to item availability. Any passport completion gifts that are not redeemed by the deadline will be deemed to be forfeited.
5.7. Can I authorise someone to redeem the passport completion gift on my behalf?
Guests are to be physically present with photo identification for verification (if required) during the redemption of the passport completion gift(s). Sentosa Islander members are also required to present their Islander Membership card for verification.
5.8. Am I able to exchange the passport completion gift for something else?
We regret that the passport completion gift is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-assignable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items.
6. Golden Jubilee Monthly & Grand Draw
6.1. What are the qualifying periods and draw dates for the Golden Jubilee & Mastercard Monthly draws?
The qualifying period and draw dates for the monthly Golden Jubilee and Mastercard draws are as follows:
• First Monthly Draw to be conducted on 6 May 2022, 11am to 12pm at Beach Station Ticketing Counter, for Qualifying Transactions completed between 11 March 2022 and 30 April 2022 and uploaded by 1 May 2022;
• Second Monthly Draw to be conducted on 18 June 2022, 11am to 12pm at Beach Station Ticketing Counter, for Qualifying Transactions completed between 1 May 2022 and 31 May 2022 and uploaded by 6 June 2022;
• Third Monthly Draw to be conducted on 16 July 2022, 11am to 12pm at Beach Station Ticketing Counter, for Qualifying Transactions completed between 1 June 2022 and 30 June 2022 and uploaded by 6 July 2022;
• Fourth Monthly Draw to be conducted on 13 August 2022, 11am to 12pm at Beach Station Ticketing Counter, for Qualifying Transactions completed between 1 July 2022 and 31 July 2022 and uploaded by 6 August; and
• Fifth Draw to be conducted on 17 September 2022, 11am to 12pm at Beach Station Ticketing Counter, for Qualifying Transactions completed between 1 August 2022 and 31 August 2022 and uploaded by 6 September 2022.
The Golden Jubilee Grand Draw and Mastercard Grand Draw will be conducted on 24 September 2022, 11am to 12pm at Beach Station Ticketing Counter, based on all Qualifying Transactions submitted between 11 March 2022 and 6 September 2022.
6.3. How do I qualify to enter the Golden Jubilee Monthly or Grand Draw?
You will receive 1 lucky draw chance at the Golden Jubilee Grand Draw for every successfully verified receipt with minimum spend of SGD20. Purchases made and successfully verified during each qualifying period will also receive the corresponding number of Monthly Draw Chances.
6.4. How do I qualify to enter the Mastercard Monthly or Grand Draw?
Mastercard cardholders will automatically receive 1 chance at the Mastercard Monthly draw if payment type is selected as “Mastercard” during the receipt uploading process and if the receipt is uploaded and successfully verified during each qualifying period.
The corresponding number of Mastercard Grand Draw chances will also be credited to the same account. Do note that Mastercard cardholders are required to submit proof of purchase for their Mastercard transaction(s) (credit card charge slip, credit card transaction history) for verification before claiming any prize(s) won.
6.5. How will I know if I have won any prizes in the monthly or grand draw?
The winners of the monthly and grand draw (Mastercard included) will be notified by email.
Do note that prizes won are final and non-transferable, non-refundable, non-assignable, non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items. SDC will be under no obligation to replace or pay to the participant the value of any prizes that are not redeemed and/or utilised by the participant before the deadline.
6.6. How do I collect my monthly or grand draw prize?
Winners will be provided with instructions on their prize collection by email. Do note that you are required to meet the eligibility criteria stated in the Terms and Conditions to be able to collect your prize.
Please fill up the authorisation form and present it together with the winning Sentosa Golden Jubilee or Mastercard monthly draw prize(s) letter if you are authorising a proxy to collect the prize on your behalf. The collection of any Sentosa Golden Jubilee & Mastercard grand draw prize(s) is to be done in person with photo identification for verification.
6.7. What is the deadline to collect my monthly draw prize?
All monthly draw prizes, including Mastercard prizes are to be collected by 30 September 2022. Prizes that are unclaimed by the deadline will be deemed to be forfeited.
6.8. What is the deadline to collect my grand draw prize?
All grand draw prizes, including the Mastercard grand draw prizes are to be collected by 31 October 2022. Prizes that are unclaimed by the deadline will be deemed to be forfeited.
6.9. How will SDC handle any unclaimed Monthly or Grand Draw prize (both Jubilee and Mastercard)?
All Monthly and Grand Draw prizes that are left unclaimed after the deadline will be donated to a charity at the discretion of SDC. The decision is final and no correspondence on this matter will be entertained.
6.10. What are the available prizes for the Monthly and Grand Draw (both Jubilee and Mastercard)?
Participants stand a chance to win the grand prize worth up to SGD50,000 in cash and Sentosa experiences. For the full list of prizes, please refer to www.sentosa.com.sg/passportgranddraw.
6.11. What documents are required during the prize collection for winners of the Jubilee or Mastercard Monthly and Grand Draw?
Please bring along the prize redemption letter, photo identification, and the credit card transaction history or charge slip of the winning transaction for Mastercard prize winners.
6.12. Am I still eligible to win any other prizes if I have won a monthly draw prize or a Mastercard monthly draw prize?
Participants are only eligible to win 1 monthly draw prize or 1 monthly Mastercard draw prize throughout the promotion period. The winners of any monthly prize are still eligible for the Golden Jubilee & Mastercard Grand Draw.
