Capella Singapore's all-day restaurant has an indulgent afternoon tea with some of the most expertly-crafted delicacies available on the island. The set includes the delectable blueberry thyme and buttermilk scones — a signature of Chef de Partie Yaya's, which can be topped with Devonshire clotted cream and organic house-made jams. Other delights include the Foie Gras Terrine and Cured Norwegian Salmon sandwich. These can be paired with their curated selection of black, herbal and fruit teas for a leisurely afternoon of sips and nibbles.
For something a little more special, you could also plan a bespoke tailor-made afternoon tea experience at Capella’s Chef’s Table —menus are personalised and then prepared live to allow guests to have a one-of-a-kind gastronomic experience.

Within LeBar, the Sofitel’s pavilion-style lounge bar. The best seats in the house are around the edges where you look out onto greenery, the poolside or at the peacocks strutting around. This airy spot is the best to settle down for their Classic French High Tea (served daily from 1-5pm). Served within a treasure-chest style tiered box with drawers are sweet nibbles and savoury bites such as butter scones, financiers, tarts, finger sandwiches and pastries. For special occasions such as Easter or Mother’s Day, the set gets elevated with the option to pair it with Rose, Champagne or Mimosas. The W T Time - Drop The T², is an uber-glam high tea experience (available daily from 3-5pm) where the bite-sized sweet and savoury treats are served in a silver standing birdcage. The set includes the high tea basics such as scones and finger sandwiches. Also, expect quirky confections such as decorative cupcakes, candied cake pops, designer macarons, and more.
