Sentosa’s popular food extravaganza, GrillFest is back again with lots to eat and the 2020 edition has a cool new format where all the wonderful food is available for dine-in AND home delivery. The Sentosa Grillfest HOME edition is safe, exciting and most importantly, super affordable! 

There are gourmet dishes, chef’s specials and more, all are incredibly good value prices. 

Every Thursday to Sunday (29 Oct - 22 Nov) opt to order in or book a spot at participating Sentosa restaurants such as Ola Beach Club or Trapizza or delivery- only specials from Angliss and the Singapore Chefs’ Association (SCA).

Angliss’ Sausage Platter | ($18)

There are a variety of gourmet, hearty eats on offer for home delivery by gourmet food specialists, Angliss. Their sausage platter, however, is among the most affordable for sheer variety of house-made sausages. These include pork and garlic, cheese cracker, thuringer snail, chicken nuerenberger and a portion of their farmhouse meatloaf served with house-made sauerkraut. One Faber Group’s metre-long Nasi Lemak | ($88)

Before you balk at the price, let us tell you that this whopper of a dine-in only dish serves four or more. The deliciously lemak rice is served in a hollowed-out metre long bamboo, the accompanying meats are braised lamb rendang, lobster meat and crispy fried chicken, there is also a portion of sambal egg and the usual ikan bilis, roasted peanut crackers and four cups of lemongrass pandan drink to wash it all down.
