From thrill seekers and sports enthusiasts to day-trippers and families, the three beaches at #thestateoffun — Siloso, Tanjong and Palawan — have something for everyone!

Sun. Sea. Sand. A beach is just a beach, says the homebody. But Sentosa’s beachfront coastline, spanning about 2km across three beaches – Siloso, Tanjong and Palawan – is more than just a place for a tan. Each stretch of sand and surf boasts its own unique charm and experiences, attracting many different types of beach-goers... if you look closely enough.

Zip down at speeds of 60kph on the MegaZip.

SEE & DO: You can feel and hear the excitement once you step out of the Sentosa Express’ Beach Station.

With activities such as bungee jumping at AJ Hackett, flying down a zip-line at 60kph at Mega Adventure Park, indoor skydiving at iFly Singapore and water-jetpacking at Ola Beach Club, it is no wonder that Siloso Beach is a magnet for adrenaline junkies. The beach is also great for those looking to play some beach sports such as volleyball, football or ultimate Frisbee. Stay on after dark to marvel at the newest interactive experience, Magical Shores, which starts from 7.30pm every night.

EAT & CHILL: If chilling out with a cocktail in hand or munching on some beach bites is more up your alley, then pull up a deck chair from the many beach clubs and bars such as Coastes, Rumours Beach Club and Bikini Bar. Or head to Good Old Days for wallet-friendly options and a wide variety of local favourites and western delights at the Western Grill (level 1) and Food Court (level 2).

SEE & DO: For some wholesome fun with the fam, hop on the beach tram at Beach Station and head down to Palawan Beach.

For a fun adventure, cross the rope bridge to the islet that is the “Southernmost Point of Continental Asia”. Climb up the watchtower to watch passing ships go by and get a bird’s eye view of the beachfront. The calm, turquoise lagoons here are also ideal for swimming and water sports. If you're looking for some wet 'n' wild fun, don't miss sliding up and down the island's latest water-theme attraction - Hydrodash.

EAT & CHILL: For some Mediterranean vibes, head down to FOC Sentosa. This beach club brings the flavour of the Mediterranean to the island. Inspired by the Barcelona beach scene, FOC looks to convey the Mediterranean spirit with beach hammocks, cosy cabanas and even a pool deck in the outdoor area. Don't miss the volleyball pickup games as well as fitness boot camps on the beach.

Tanjong Beach Club is the perfect beach getaway close to home

SEE & DO: Its off-the-beaten-track location on the southern end of Sentosa’s beachfront coastline makes it the perfect beach for those looking for some quiet respite from the city buzz. The beach gets buzzier over the weekend as scores of beach athlete types come down for beach ultimate Frisbee.

If you’re looking for a watersport that includes an intense core workout, try stand-up paddling. The lagoon here is perfect for SUP as its depth, and relatively calm waters enable perfect strokes and where you can even do paddle yoga (yes, there is such a thing) here.

EAT & CHILL: Tanjong Beach is known as the adult getaway spot for one reason: Tanjong Beach Club (TBC). This beach club add a touch of cool and glamour to the State of Fun. TBC comes complete with an infinity pool and some of the comfiest daybeds you can find on the island. Its all-day menu will have you gushing over its seafood dishes with a unique spin.
