SINGAPORE TOURISM AWARDS 2022: SENTOSA'S TOURISM STARS LAUDED
We are proud to share that Abigail Jansen (fondly known as Abby), received the Customer Service Excellence for Attractions award at last night’s Singapore Tourism Awards presentation ceremony hosted by Singapore Tourism Board. This award recognises outstanding customer service professionals from attractions who have delivered distinctive and compelling customer experiences.
As part of the Guest Insights & Experience (GIE) team who launched our new service values, “S.H.O.W”, Abby rolled out onboarding sessions and initiatives to help root the values into every Sentosian’s daily work and play. Abby always has a smile on her face and is ever ready to go the extra mile to delight our guests.
At the same time, we would like to express our heartiest congratulations to our partners, Royal Albatross for bagging the Outstanding Attraction Experience award, Mount Faber Leisure Group Arbora Hilltop Garden & Bistro for Outstanding Casual Dining Experience, Capella Hotel Singapore for Outstanding Event Venue Experience, and Resorts World Sentosa for the Special Award for Sustainability.
