Located near Siloso Point, Southside is home to new wellness and fitness programmes with a great coastal view. Feel those happy endorphins come through with Yoga, Muay Thai and Archery by the beach sessions.
Clock in some sweat-sesh and experience all things fabulous with fresh air and nature.

Yoga by the Beach | Southside
Channel away all that build-up stress from the daily hustle with Yoga by the Beach at Southside. Picture yourself in an open space with a calming coastal view; tune in to the sounds of crashing waves as you begin your practice.
Conducted by Fitness Culture, follow experienced instructors for some mat-time. Yoga by the Beach at Southside ($15) is available on alternate Wednesdays, 6pm - 7pm.

Archery by the Beach | Southside
Whether you’re inspired by Hawkeye, Katniss Everdeen or Robin Hood, you can fulfil your bow-wielding hero fantasies here. Archery allows you to go at your own pace where you can enjoy it as a sport.
The sessions are held every Thursday from 5.30pm - 7.30pm, at Southside.
What’s more, it comes with a $15 F&B voucher for the new Interim Market at Southside. Now, don’t worry if you’re feeling inexperienced because these sessions are absolutely beginner-friendly.
Guided by our friendly instructors from Salt & Light Archery, you’ll learn the introduction to Archery & safety brief, practise rounds, followed by some games, and a souvenir to be brought home.

Muay Thai by the Beach | Southside
If you’re looking for something more intensive, Muay Thai by the Beach is designed to build up your endurance and strength— and a great chance to vent your pent up frustrations too.
Learn basic Muay Thai techniques with guidance from our instructor, who was formally trained in Thailand.
The sessions are entirely free, held every Saturday from 6pm - 7pm. In this one hour session, you’ll learn a mix of fitness workout and martial art skills that’s sure to keep your heart pumping.
