Make time for a holiday on Sentosa! You can redeem your SingapoRediscovers Vouchers to enjoy a host of exciting attractions or take a break at one of the participating hotels for a staycation.
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to redeem your vouchers
1. Browse Products
Browse products with the SingapoRediscovers Voucher icon
2. Add to Cart
Add item(s) to shopping cart
3. Use SingapoRediscovers Voucher
When ready to pay, click on ‘Use SingapoRediscovers Vouchers’ at the checkout page
4. Login to SingPass
Login using SingPass to choose amount of SingapoRediscovers Vouchers to redeem
5. Generate Voucher Code
Copy the generated voucher code and paste it at the checkout page
6. Checkout within 10 minutes
Complete the checkout process within 10 minutes and enjoy your SingapoRediscovers experience in Sentosa.
1. Can I use my SingapoRediscovers Vouchers (“SRV”) to purchase products from Sentosa Online Store?
Yes, you may use your SRV on products which are eligible for redemption.
2. How do I use my SRV?
When you select a product(s) which is/are SRV-eligible, you will see “SingapoRediscovers Vouchers” under the ‘Payment Type’ at the checkout page. Once the SingapoRediscovers Vouchers” is selected as the payment type, you will see a “Pay be SRV” button which will direct you to your SingPass login. Copy the unique Voucher Code generated from your SingPass and paste it in the “Voucher Code” box to apply. Once verified, you may proceed with your booking confirmation.
Checkout Page > Select “SingapoRediscovers Vouchers” under ‘Payment Type’ > Click “Pay by SRV” > Click “Use SingapoRediscovers Vouchers” > Enter “Voucher Code” and “Apply” > Select “Proceed To Pay”
You will be directed to a payment page for credit card details if you have a balance amount to pay > Order Complete > Wait for an email with PIN Code at your registered email address > Present email receipt with PIN Code for redemption of tickets at Sentosa
3. I did not receive an email confirmation after purchase. How should I verify my booking?
Please contact Sentosa Guest Relations at firstname.lastname@example.org to submit your enquiry so we may do a check for you.
Do provide your booking details (i.e. Name, Email, Payment Type, Contact Number, Product Purchased, Date/Time of Purchase) for us to get back to you as soon as possible.
4. I have redeemed a product(s)/package(s) from Sentosa using the SRV. Can I do a refund or cancel my transaction?
All bookings involving the SRV are non-refundable and non-resellable.
5. When do I need to redeem the product(s)/package(s) at Sentosa once I have purchased it on the Sentosa Online Store?
All product(s)/package(s) bought on the Sentosa Online Store are valid for 90 days from date of purchase or until 30th June 2021. Redemptions can be done at Sentosa Ticketing Counters (Beach Station, Imbiah Forecourt, Imbiah Lookout, Resorts World Sentosa and VivoCity).
