Attraction and complimentary Cable Car Sentosa Line Round Trip have to be redeemed and utilised on the same day.

Headrock VR
• Additional child has to be under same household.
• Each ticket admits 1 child (suitable age 3 - 9 years old) only, and for purchase under the same household who has more than 1 child.
• Child ticket charge applies for those below 3 years old to enter.
• Socks must be worn to enter.
• Each ticket is limited to 60 minutes play time only. Strictly NO PLAY TIME EXTENSION for late entry.
The play session slots** are: 11am-12pm; 12.20pm-1.20pm; 1.40pm-2.40pm; 3pm-4pm; 4.20pm-5.20pm & 5.40pm-6.40pm.
**(20mins of cleaning of the kids play zone after each and every play session)
• Children aged 12 and below are required to have an accompanying adult/guardian to supervise at all times.
• Admission charges of $5/pax apply for accompanying & additional adults/guardians. Admission tickets can be purchased directly at HeadRock VR ticketing counter and are subject to availability.
• Strictly no swapping of the accompanying adult/guardian at any time.
• All individuals must be FULLY VACCINATED to enter the attraction (except Children aged 12 and below), and with vaccination status present. Anyone who fails to comply will be denied entry.
• Please reserve a time slot in advance via https://www.headrockvr.sg/book-my-slot. The time slot reservation will be closed 1 day prior.
• Please arrive 5-10 mins early of your scheduled time slot to redeem your entry ticket/game tokens
• Reservation time slots will be held for maximum 15 mins before it will be released without prior notice.

Sentosa Line
• Please be ready to present proof of eligibility for Local Promotions at point of ticketing and random checks may also be conducted at the point of entry into the attraction. Guests who are unable to present proof of eligibility will be required to upgrade to standard tickets at the full price (additional $12 for Adult, $8 for Child) or declined for entry.
• Free Sentosa Line Cable Car Round Trip will be issued through the same QR Code.
• Please be reminded that all guests (except children 12 years old and below) are to be fully vaccinated in accordance to the government guidelines by the visit date.
• Sentosa Line Only Round Trip entitles you to one round trip on Sentosa Line only.
• Strictly no sharing of cabin unless guests are from the same group.
• Maximum group size to be capped at 8 persons (subjected to changes as per prevailing Safe Management Measures)
• Cable Car operating hours: 8.45am - 10pm (Last boarding 9.30 pm)
• Child is defined as 4 to 12 years old. Senior is defined as 60 years old and above. Free admission for children below 4 years old. We reserve the right to request for presentation of documents for verification of age.
• The maximum group size for the Singapore Cable Car is 8 fully vaccinated* guests per cabin and guests are required to wear their mask at all times while in the cabin.
• *Guests should present their TraceTogether App for staff to verify: either Full vaccination status, or Proof as a recovered patient of Covid-19 (Unvaccinated guests who do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted for boarding).
• Please note that the group size may be subjected to further changes in accordance to latest Safe Management Measures requirements.
