SentosaLand Giveaway Redemption Details and Terms and Conditions:

i) General Terms and Conditions:

a) The terms and conditions under this section shall apply to all contests/giveaways under Section ii.

b) Contest/giveaway period(s) may be extended or shortened at SDC’s sole and absolute discretion.

c) Notwithstanding anything in these terms and conditions to the contrary and without prejudice to this clause, SDC reserves the right at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw or cancel any prize or make changes to the value and/or number of the prizes at any time without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason therefore and without any payment or compensation whatsoever in lieu thereof.

d) By participating in the contest(s)/giveaways(s), you agree not to use or launch any automated system, entry devices, programmes and/or bot script including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," (collectively "Automated Devices") that accesses the SentosaLand game platform (i.e. Roblox) in a manner that sends more request messages to the servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional online web browser. If SDC has reason(s) to believe that any participant is using an Automated Device for purposes of increasing his/her prospect in winning the contest(s)/giveaway(s), SDC reserves to the right disqualify the participant immediately.

e) SDC reserves the right to disqualify – at its sole and absolute discretion, any participant which it deems fit. In the event of the aforesaid disqualification, no explanation will be provided by SDC.

f) SDC’s decisions in all matters related to the contests/giveaways shall be final and binding.

g) To the fullest extent permitted by law, SDC excludes all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the contest(s)/giveaway(s) or as a result of issuance, receipt and use of, or otherwise in connection with any of the prizes.

h) SDC reserves the right at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend, by addition to, deletion from or variation of, these terms and conditions under Sections i) and ii) without prior notification, including but not limited to the terms and conditions concerning the eligibility for the contest(s), criteria for the contest(s)/giveaway(s) and the selection of winners.

ii) Specific Terms and Conditions

Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa Staycation Package Contest

The staycation package will be given out to the contestant who has acquired the highest number of coins on the leaderboard of SentosaLand as at 28 February 2023, 15:00HR GMT+8.

In the event of a tie, the player with the earlier last log out timing is the winner. For example, Player A who owns 200,000 coins logs out on 28 Feb 08:00HR +8GMT, versus Player B who owns 200,000 coins logs out on 28 Feb 09:00HR +8GMT. Player A will be the winner.

The contest is only open to Sentosa Islander members.

Contestants must key in the last four digits of their Sentosa Islander membership ID at the Sofitel leaderboard in SentosaLand.

The staycation package includes the following for 2:
- One-Night Stay
- Buffet Breakfast
- Signature Dinner at Kwee Zeen
- 1-Hour Spa Voucher at Sofitel Spa
The package is valid for stays on weekdays from Mondays to Thursdays only, excluding blackout dates.

This package is non-refundable, non-transferrable and is not exchangeable for any goods and/or services within the hotel.

The winner of the contest will receive a digital voucher with a unique code issued via SentosaLand.

To redeem their prize, the winner must notify Sentosa by emailing marketing@sentosa.com.sg by 31 March 2023 and quote their unique code and Islander membership ID. Sentosa will verify the information provided and reply to your email with the redemption details within 7 working days.

On the day of the redemption, the winner must present the digital voucher issued via SentosaLand and the redemption letter issued by Sofitel Singapore Resort & Spa to the hotel staff.

Staycation redemption period: 1 April 2023 - 30 September 2023.

NOTE: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult during hotel check-in.
Slurps & Scoops Ice Cream

Redemption is only valid at Central Beach Bazaar Slurps & Scoops upon presentation of digital voucher issued via SentosaLand.

oucher cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or any other items sold at Slurps & Scoops.

Redemption shall be made during Slurps & Scoops’ operating hours: 10:15am – 9:30pm daily.

Subject to flavours available for the day.

Redemption is only valid at Le Faubourg upon presentation of digital voucher issued via SentosaLand.

Valid with any food purchase for dine-in and takeaway.

Voucher cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or any other items sold at Le Faubourg.

Capped at 1 free diabolo fizz per purchase.

Not valid in conjunction with other running discounts or promotions.

Madame Tussauds Singapore Standard Ticket + Marvel 4D

Redemption is valid only at Madame Tussauds Singapore.

Discount vouchers and any other promotion cannot be used in conjunction with this redemption.

Tickets are only valid for the date booked.

No exchange, refunds or extensions once tickets are issued.

All tickets are subject to Madame Tussauds Singapore operating calendar where some exclusions may apply.
