Planning a trip to the beach this weekend?
Make sure to reserve your entry to any of our beaches, Palawan, Siloso and Tanjong before your visit.
This new system gives you peace of mind by reducing queues into the beaches and facilitating safe distancing.
Each beach will be segmented into different zones (refer to tabs below for more details).
- Morning: 8am - 1pm
- Afternoon: 2pm - 7pm
IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE
Beach booking is required only during peak periods (Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays), unless advised otherwise.
You DO NOT need to book to enter the beach on weekdays.
You also DO NOT need to book via this system to access the beachfront F&B outlets. Please make your bookings directly with the respective beachfront F&B outlets.
The system is made available for beach bookings up to 5 days ahead of the intended beach visit.
Do note that all guests must wear masks, and check in and out via SafeEntry before entering the beaches, and other venues on Sentosa. Find out more about our safe measurement measures here.
HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?
- Choose your preferred Beach Zone or Beach Court.
- Choose your date and time slot at your beach of choice.
- Fill in your details and submit. Booking must be made using a valid email address, mobile number and Name (as in NRIC or FIN, where applicable).
- You will receive a confirmation email.
- Go to the designated Beach Entry Kiosk listed below and present your email:
- Palawan Beach: Outside Beach Station Carpark (facing Palawan Green) | Rest stop along Palawan Beach service road
- Siloso Beach: Emerald Pavilion (Siloso Zone 1) & Sapphire Pavilion (Siloso Zone 2)
- Tanjong Beach: Family Pavilion along service road (after Tanjong Beach Club)
- Collect your wristband.
- Head to the Beach Zone entry point, and enjoy.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will walk-in guests be accepted?
For entry into beaches during peak periods (e.g. Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays), only guests with successful reservations will be permitted entry.
During off-peak periods, guests may enter Sentosa’s beaches without a reservation. However, they will be required to adhere to all prevailing safe management measures.
Why are there only two timeslots per day?
Two five-hour timeslots will allow guests to spend a leisurely morning or afternoon at the beaches, without having to rush to leave.
Guests may also choose to visit for a shorter duration within their reserved timeslot.
Can I cancel my booking?
If you decide to change your plans after making a booking, please cancel your reservations and give up your slots to other guests.
Why is there a 1-hour gap between the morning and afternoon sessions (1pm – 2pm)?
For the safety of our guests, we have implemented an interval between 1pm and 2pm to reduce the risk of intermingling between guests exiting the morning session and those entering the afternoon session.
How many zones are there?
In line with the stepped-up safe distancing measures, Tanjong, Palawan and Siloso beaches have been segmented into a total of seven zones - Siloso (2), Palawan (3), Tanjong (2).
What is the maximum capacity for each zone?
Each zone with a capacity limit ranging between 100 and 350.
How many beach courts are there?
To allow guests to better enjoy Sentosa’s diverse leisure offerings, a total of 14 beach courts across the three beaches - Tanjong (9), Palawan (3) and Siloso (2) - will be made available for booking, for guests who wish to play court-based games such as beach volleyball.
How many people can play in one beach court?
For your safety, only up to eight persons are permitted to play in each court-based game. There should be no inter-mingling between groups of players or cross-court games.
Booking Terms & Conditions (Beach and Beach Courts)
Sentosa Development Corporation (“SDC”) makes available access to the beach and the beach court facilities on Sentosa island (the “Facilities”) for booking by members of the public. These terms and conditions of use, as may be amended from time to time, constitutes an agreement (“Agreement”) between SDC and you in relation to your booking and use of the Facilities on Sentosa island. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”).
1. General
1.1. Prior booking of the Facilities is required on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
1.2. Bookings may not be sold, transferred, offered for sale or traded for any purpose.
1.3. SDC reserves the right to approve or refuse any booking by any person, or cancel any confirmed bookings which SDC reasonably believes are in breach of these T&Cs.
1.4. If you are below 18 years of age, you are required to seek your parent or legal guardian’s permission and confirm that your parent or legal guardian has consented to the terms of this Agreement on your behalf.
1.5. All users of the Facilities are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, obtain all necessary permits and approvals, and pay all fees and charges, and bear all costs whatsoever in connection with the user’s use of the Facilities.
2. Bookings
2.1. All timeslots indicated are accurate at the time of booking.
2.2. There are 2 timeslots available for booking:
i. Morning Session: 8am to 1pm;
ii. Afternoon Session: 2pm to 7pm
2.3. Users are required to vacate the Facilities before 1pm for morning session and 7pm for afternoon session.
2.4. All bookings shall be made through www.sentosa.com.sg/beachreservations. No other forms of booking and/or communication will be entertained.
2.5. Successful bookings shall be notified via an email confirmation to the email address provided by you at the point of booking. A booking shall only be deemed to have been confirmed when an email confirmation is sent to you confirming the booking.
2.6. Facilities are open for booking [7] days prior to the relevant time slots.
2.7. You may change or cancel your booking via the Chope Platform up to the day of the confirmed booking.
2.8. You are entitled to book the Facilities for up to 1 timeslot in a single day.
2.9. The use of multiple identities to circumvent these T&Cs or any applicable laws and regulations is strictly prohibited. If you or any user of the Facilities is found to be in breach of these T&Cs and/or found to have circumvented, abused and/or willfully disregarded these T&Cs to make bookings may be prohibited from making any future booking of the Facilities.
2.10. Unless stated otherwise, each beach court shall be limited to a maximum of 8 individuals (including children).
3. Redemption of wrist bands
3.1. Prior to the use of the Facilities, users are required to obtained wrist bands issued by SDC for the purposes of identification and verification of their booking.
3.2. Wrist bands will be made available for redemption on the day of the relevant timeslots at the Beach Entry Kiosks at Siloso beach, Palawan beach and Tanjong beach.
3.3. The locations of the Beach Entry Kiosks may be changed at any time without prior notice. While SDC endeavours to notify users of such changes, SDC shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, cost and/or expense suffered as a result of such change.
3.4. To redeem the wrist bands at the Beach Entry Kiosks, you must present:
i. a valid confirmation of your booking (e.g. the email confirmation); and
ii. a valid photo identification
3.5. For verification purposes, users may be further requested to present a valid confirmation of the booking and their identification information at the admission point for the Facilities. Users shall cooperate with all requests for verification.
3.6. Users are advised to take proper care of their wrist bands and ensure that wrist bands are worn at all times while using the Facilities as proof of your booking. SDC shall not under any circumstances replace any wrist band which has been issued.
4. Collection and Use of Personal Data
4.1. For the purposes of this section, “personal data” refers to data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data and other information to which SDC and/or its related corporations has or is likely to have access.
4.2. This section supplements the Data Protection Policy at https://www.sentosa.com.sg/en/data-protection-policy. Please review and ensure that you fully understand and agree to the terms set out in this section and in the Data Protection Policy.
4.3. Personal details such as your name, email address and personal mobile phone number will be collected, used, disclosed and processed for the following purposes:
i. to process, administer, manage and validate your booking made under the Chope Platform, which may involve communicating with you via various modes of communications such as e-mail, phone call and text messages about your booking;
ii. dealing with or facilitating customer service, carrying out your instructions, or dealing with or responding to any enquiries given by you or on your behalf;
iii. preventing or investigating any fraud, abuse of the service, unlawful activity or omission or misconduct, whether or not there is any suspicion of the aforementioned;
iv. complying with or as required by any applicable law, governmental or regulatory requirements of any relevant jurisdiction;
v. to conduct trending, research, analysis and development activities (including but not limited to data analytics, surveys, product and service development and/or profiling) to improve our services and/or to enhance guest experience;
vi. producing statistics and research for internal and statutory reporting and/or record-keeping requirements.
4.4. By providing your personal data in connection with your booking, you hereby agree and consent to the collection, use, disclosure and/or processing of your personal data by the SDC and its related corporations and their third party service providers, agents and/or affiliates (including The Chope Group Pte. Ltd. and its related corporations), which may be sited within or outside of Singapore, for the purposes listed herein and in the Data Protection Policy.
4.5. Where you have provided personal data of individuals other than yourself, you warrant and represent that the personal data of these individuals are legitimate and accurate, that you are validly acting on behalf of and have the authority from each of these individuals, and that you have obtained each of these individuals’ consent, to disclose their personal data to SDC and its related corporations and for SDC and its related corporations to collect, use, disclose and process their personal data for the Purposes and in accordance to the terms herein.
5. Non-Liability and Indemnity
5.1. In using the Facilities, users do so at their own risk, and shall ensure that they are physically and medically able to participate in such activities within the Facilities.
5.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, none of SDC, its related corporations and associated companies and the employees, officers, third party service providers, contractors and agents shall be responsible or held liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense (including any loss of profit or any special, indirect or consequential loss) however suffered or incurred by or caused to you arising out of or in connection with your access or use of the booking platform and/or the Facilities, whether in an action based on contract, tort or otherwise.
5.3. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SDC, its related corporations and associated companies and the employees, officers, third party service providers, contractor and agents (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against all actions, proceedings, claims, liabilities (whether criminal or civil), cost, expenses, fees and damages suffered and legal fees and costs incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties arising out of or in connection with your breach of this Agreement and/or your access or use of the booking platform and/or the Facilities.
6. Terms of use and conduct of users
6.1. Users shall be responsible for their personal belongings and/or personal equipment while using the Facilities.
6.2. In using the Facilities, users are required to take care of the Facilities and not cause any damage to the premises and/or Facilities.
6.3. Users shall leave the Facilities in a tidy and clean condition.
6.4. No smoking is allowed along the beaches.
6.5. Users shall be mindful of other users and members of the public in the vicinity of the Facilities and shall cooperate with SDC staff to ensure a safe environment for all such users of the Facilities and members of the public. Users shall adhere to all reasonable requests made by SDC staff.
6.6. SDC reserves the right to remove from the Facilities users who are uncooperative, or whose actions and conduct are deemed to be unreasonable and/or detrimental to the enjoyment, well-being and safety of other users and members of the public.
6.7. Users shall use the Facilities in accordance with their booking details and timing, and shall vacate the Facilities at the expiration of the booking timing.
6.8. Time required for the setting up and taking down of equipment and/or any other preparatory activities at the Facilities shall form part of the booking timing.
6.9. SDC reserves the right to close the Facilities or any part thereof, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, circumstances beyond SDC's control or in the interest of public safety or if closure is directed by the authorities, with or without prior notice. SDC bears no liability whatsoever in respect of such closures. SDC’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1. Users shall comply with the Sentosa Development Corporation Act and its regulations, and all rules, orders, directives or codes issued by SDC from time to time.
7.2. SDC may, in our sole discretion, update and amend this Agreement at any time and without liability or prior notice to you. By proceeding with your booking and your use of the Facilities following such update shall constitute your agreement to be bound by the updated terms of this Agreement.
7.3. You may not assign or transfer any or part of your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any party.
7.4. No failure by SDC to enforce any provision in this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of the right to subsequently enforce that provision or any other provision of this Agreement. Such failure shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach and shall not constitute a continuing waiver.
7.5. The Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) shall not under any circumstances apply to this Agreement and any person who is not a party to this Agreement shall have no right whatsoever to enforce this Agreement or any of its terms.
7.6. If any applicable law or a court of competent jurisdiction holds or declares any provision of this Agreement to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable (whether in whole or in part), such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent, but only to the extent, of such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected.
7.7. This Agreement (including all subsequent additions or amendments) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
