If we are coming in a large group, can we get special discounts for island admission over the counter?

As island admission has been lowered to S$3.00 per person, there will be no further discounts for bulk purchases.


 

Are there any nursing rooms in Sentosa?

Yes, there is a nursing room located at Beach Station.


 

Are there any shower facilities at the beach?

Yes, there are showers and washrooms along Siloso, Palawan and Tanjong Beach.


 

Where can I find lockers in Sentosa?

There are lockers located at the restrooms along Siloso and Palawan Beach.


 

Where do I board the ferries to Kusu or St John’s Island?

How can I obtain more information on dining in the cable car?

Are the Sentosa Holiday Chalet & Camp Laguna campsite still available?

The Sentosa Holiday Chalet and Camp Laguna have been closed for other developments and are no longer available. Please click here for the resorts/hotels available.


 

Are pets allowed on the island?

For the convenience of all visitors, pets must be put on leash at all times and be under proper control. They can be brought into the island via the Causeway-Bridge as they're not allowed onboard the train, bus or cable car. Please help us keep the island clean by cleaning up after your pets.


 

What are the modes of transportation into island for physically disabled?

You can contact us via email or at our hotline 1800-SENTOSA (736 8672) before arrival so we could assist you. The visitor arrival centre provides wheelchairs from 9am – 9.30pm. Alternatively, you can check out the ticketing counters for assistance. The HarbourFront Centre and Sentosa Beaches are equipped with handicapped restrooms.


 

Emergency services on island

The 24hr ranger station can be reached at 6279 1155; alternatively you can take the blue, yellow or red line to the ranger station for emergency treatments as well as to retrieve lost belongings.

(a) Beach Station
The ATMs accepts foreign cards including (Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, Maybank, Citibank) as well as Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Cirrus, PLUS, ABN AMRO credit cards.

Can we spend the night on the island?

You could choose from the various hotels and resorts on the island to spend the night.


 

Can I cycle into the island? Can I rollerblade on the island?

You could cycle into the island. Only small or foldable bicycles are allowed on Sentosa Buses. There are also bicycles and rollerblade rental shops located at Palawan and Siloso Beach. They can be reached at 6272 8676, operation hours: 10am – 7pm.
