Pre-Event Day
A warm welcome to Singapore! Guests can easily spot the distinctive Sentosa signages held by our airport greeters!

The tropical experience starts as guests travel along the tree-lined, beautifully-landscaped highway. 30 minutes later, they arrive at your event's choice of designated hotel on Sentosa island. Guests are greeted with cordial hospitality, welcome refreshments and efficient group check-in, making it all a great start to the event!

8am - 9am
Kick start the morning with an invigorating breakfast on the hotel's Roof Terrace overlooking the South China Sea.

9am - 12pm
Business meeting commences. To convey your meeting's message, select the venue that makes the statement. From state-of-the-art meeting rooms at 5-star hotels, to designer boardroom at boutique hotels, to quirky sites on the beaches, your choices are limitless.

12pm - 2pm
Lunch is served at the Taste of Singapore, where guests embark on a gastronomic journey of local fare that is heavily influenced by Malay, Chinese, Indian and even western traditions.

2pm - 5pm
After a sumptuous lunch, the Sentosa Imbiah Challenge awaits. It is an engaging teambuilding activity designed around the latest cluster of attractions at the Imbiah Lookout. In this race against the clock, teams navigate, solve problems and perform exciting challenges together.

Alternative, guests may choose to hit a round of golf at our world-class golf course, compete in a beach Olympics, be pampered in one of our luxurious spa or explore Sentosa on an island-wide tour of attractions guided by our knowledgeable Sentosa Guides. Our leisure programme can be customised and arranged to suit your needs.

5pm - 6pm
Guests will return to the hotel to freshen up and take a short rest before the big night.

6pm - 10pm
An enchanting evening begins as guests are ushered to the cocktail reception. We propose two dinner options for you to consider: Uniquely Singapore and Tropical Gala in the following pages. Our professional MICE team is happy to work with you on exploring other options as well.
