Photography Contest
Calling all photography enthusiasts! Get trigger happy and snap your way to fame and fortune. Submit your favourite Sentosa Light of Spring moment to magicmoments@sentosa.com.sg between 13 to 21 Feb 2010 and stand to win cash prizes.
Rules and regulations
- This competition is open to all individuals.
- Competition period is from 13 – 21 Feb 2010. Each participant is allowed to submit one entry with 2 photos (maximum) during the competition period. Repeat entries will not be qualified.
- All entries must be submitted in digital JPG format.
- For images taken on film, it is the participant's responsibility to scan the image into digital JPEG format.
- Uploaded submission materials must not exceed 2MB in size.
- Dimension and resolution, the longer side of the image needs to be at 2000 pixels with at least 72 dpi and minimal compression.
- Please retain the original size of your pictures, at least 300 dpi which will be needed upon selection.
- Minimal digital enhancement of the photographs (e.g. colour or contrast enhancement) is allowed for submission.
- Participants must provide Name, NRIC, mailing address, valid contact details upon online submission.
- All winners will be notified via mail or email in March 2010.
- All entries must meet the required size as stated for each section.

- The prize must be collected in person. NRIC will be required for verification purposes.
- Sentosa has the rights to reproduce and use all submitted pictures as promotional materials.
- All participants must adhere to the rules and regulations of this competition.
- The organizers reserve the rights to reject or not to award any prizes to any entries found to have violated any of the rules and regulations.
- The organizers reserve the rights to amend the rules and regulations as and when necessary.
- The organizer reserves the rights to appoint a panel of competence judges to judge the entries. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence or dispute will be entertained.
- The submission of entries signifies acceptance of the above competition rules. Non-compliance may result in disqualification.
- Any submission containing or implying pornographic, slanderous, obscene or vulgar content would be immediately disqualified.
- Participant must be the sole author and copyright owner of all entries submitted. Upon request, all winners are required to provide the original negative/positive or high resolution image file with information intact.
