This June School Holiday, we presented Storytelling Comes Alive! with classic children stories of The Little Red Hen, Ollie and The Slurge, Momotaro – The Peach Boy, Aesop’s Fabulous Fables and The Gingerbread Man. Kids were enchanted by the fascinating interactive storytelling sessions by Mervyn Goh. All the families enjoyed activities such as photo opportunities with the live characters, lovely photo-points, arts & crafts activities and learnt more about recycling.

Thank you for your support! The Siloso Hotbods 2009 Final Showdown was a smashing success! The top 10 hunks and babes strutted down the stage in a funky fashion showcase of causal and beachwear. The Hotbods were tested on their wits and interacted with the audience through stage games. The Muttons from 987FM hosted the segment and they certainly warmed up the crowd. Overwhelming supporters cheered and voted for their favourite Hotbods!

The hotness factor was up a notch as the sun began to set. The night was even hotter as the fire dancers turned up the heat with their swinging flames and re-introduced the Hotbods in a different style - night party look in beachwear. The hottest babe & hunk were determined by judges and supporters and the winners were crowned Mr & Miss Siloso Hotbods 2009. The crowd continued to party on with live band entertainment throughout the night. Music buffs were in for a treat with the exciting line-up of local acts including indie band Electrico, percussion team Wicked Aura, punk-rock band Plainsunset, Sheikh Haikel, local favourites Jack & Rai with EIC, as well as spin masters Inquisitive, Special K and Vernon A.

330,000 celebrated the season of Spring and usher in the Year of the Ox with a kaleidoscope of fresh blooms at the annual floral extravaganza, Sentosa Flowers 2009.

For the first time, the floral displays made its way down to the white sandy beaches of Palawan, making it a truly Sentosa experience. Everyone was enthralled by the magnificent displays of unique flowers and soaked in the festive mood on the sunny island! And when night falls, the beauty of lit-up flowers under the starry sky mesmerized the crowd.
