SPRING Singapore’s Excellent Service Awards (EXSA) recognises individuals who have delivered outstanding service.

Thanks to our guests’ support and recognition of our service efforts, Sentosa is proud to come up tops again in the attractions sector at this year's Excellent Service Awards.

Out of more than 300 winners from the Attractions Industry Sentosa has the highest number of winners - 120 in total (1 SuperStar finalist, 24 Stars, 27 Gold, 68 Silver). Last year, we had 113 winners.

Reader's Digest Asia Trusted Brands Survey (previously known as Reader's Digest SuperBrands) was launched in 1999 and has been carried out annually for the past eleven years.  Achieving Trusted Brand status is a genuine recognition of consumers' approval. The survey reflects consumers' choice of their most trusted and favourite brands among the thousands available in the market.  

Sentosa is proud to be one of the brands that is trusted and recommended by consumers in Asia, receiving the Gold Trusted Brand Award under the Family Tourist Attraction.

Golf Digest Singapore’s, one of the region’s top golf publications, honour the best in the golfing industry in Asia with its inaugural flagship awards. The ranking involved a panel of independent course raters consisting of experienced golfers and top local amateurs.

Sentosa's championship golf course, The Serapong, has clinched top honours as the Best Golf Course in Singapore in the Golf Course Rankings by Golf Digest Singapore (GDS) this year. Sentosa Golf Club was also voted for having the Best Food & Beverage and the Best Club House.

The Brass Ring Awards reward and recognise the best in advertising, marketing and public relations in the attractions industry.

Sentosa bagged 2 awards at the 2008 Brass Ring Awards. Sentosa Flowers was awarded the “Best Seasonal or Special Event Marketing (Class 4)” and Sentosa Flowers 2008 Booklet clinched the award for the “Best Marketing Collateral (Class 4)”.

International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA)

The IFEA's Pinnacle Awards pay homage to festivals and special event promotions of the highest standards.

Sentosa swept a total of 7 awards at the recent International Festival & Events Association's (IFEA) 53rd Pinnacle Award Ceremony.

The accolades include 3 Gold, 2 Silver and 2 Bronze. These follow 3 other  major awards which we won this year - the ASEAN Tourism Association (ASEANTA) Award for Best ASEAN New Tourist Attraction - Songs of the Sea, the prestigious THEA Award for Outstanding Achievement for Event Spectacular - Songs of the Sea, and the Asian Attractions Awards where Sentosa was crowned the winner in the "Large Attraction" category for the second time running.
